How do I access Pic-Time 2.0?

Go to the Name & Cover tab of any gallery. Under Delivery Experience, choose Pic-Time 2.0 (Beta) from the dropdown menu.

Is Pic-Time 2.0 available for all plans?

To celebrate the launch, all plans can now create one gallery for free with the new Pic-Time 2.0 experience. Pro and Advanced plan users can create unlimited Pic-Time 2.0 galleries.

What’s different from the current Pic-Time platform?

Pic-Time 2.0 is a complete evolution of the gallery experience. You’ll get more immersive, design-forward gallery delivery features, deeper customization with covers, background colors, fonts, and layouts, smarter engagement tools inside the gallery, and a fully redesigned shop with new editor, product images and videos, all built to seamlessly convert across desktop and mobile alike.

Will this change affect my existing galleries or clients?

No. Your existing galleries will continue to work as they do today. Pic-Time 2.0 applies to new galleries you create, giving you the flexibility to adopt the new experience at your own pace.

Do I need to change my workflow to use Pic-Time 2.0?

Pic-Time 2.0 is designed to make your workflow easier and give you more control right from the start, with smart themes that get you up and running quickly, and the ability to fine-tune every detail.

How will I get paid?

Pic-Time offers two payment options.

Photographer-collected payments:
Payments go directly to your chosen gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Square, or Offline), allowing you to use a currency other than USD and manage sales tax and payments yourself.

Pic-Time collected payments:
Pic-Time manages sales tax and payments, with net profits deposited into your PayPal account in USD twice a month.

Does Pic-Time charge a commission on my sales?

Pic-Time offers commission-free sales for all Professional and Advanced plan members who choose to collect payments themselves. Users who opt for Pic-Time collected payments are charged a commission based on their plan. You can learn more here.

Can I sell in my local currency?

Pic-Time currently supports selling in 50 different currencies when you collect payments yourself. To see if your currency is supported go to: Settings > Store Settings > Payments > Store Currency

Can I edit and approve orders before they are sent?

Yes, you can choose to hold all orders before they are sent for production. This allows you to adjust cropping, ensure the correct images are selected, and make any necessary changes.

Can I sell my own custom products?

Yes, you can add your own products with custom pictures and descriptions, and rearrange the shop however you like. Learn more about custom products here.

Is it possible to offer clients different shipping methods?

Yes. Our platform offers four shipping options: economy delivery, expedited delivery, and rushed delivery. Additionally, clients can pick up their orders from your studio during your predefined business hours.

Can I protect my images with watermarks until they are purchased?

Yes, our platform offers customizable watermarking options starting from the Beginner plan. In our Professional and Advanced plans, we provide watermarks that are resistant to smart AI watermark removal tools. All watermarks appear only on low-resolution images and do not affect print products or high-resolution downloads. Learn more here.

Is there a way to calculate shipping costs in advance?

Yes. Our platform offers a built-in shipping calculator that allows you to calculate the shipping cost of each item to any specified address. Learn more here.

Can I also sell digital photo downloads?

Yes. You can sell high-resolution images individually, as a full gallery, or as part of a product package with physical print items. Note that on Pic-Time 2.0, digital downloads are only available in the gallery at the moment. It will be added as a shop product in the near future.
